Hope for Atlanta is one of many ministries that serve the poor and needy of Atlanta. The list below connects you with many other opportunities to serve the needy of Atlanta. God tells us that our heart desire should be to help the poor, the orphan, the widow and the immigrant. Jesus tells us that all of us can be involved in helping the ’least of these;’ "The King will reply, 'I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me…” Matthew 25:40. We are called to be sheep, followers of Christ, not goats only to be serving ourselves. First, our supporting churches are listed. These churches have mercy ministry opportunities also. Click on the title of each ministry for their website and more opportunities to serve! |
